Oswego County Vacation Packages

The hotel is located in an area that isn't near much. The first front desk person was helpful and kind. We got there late and went to dinner after checking in. In the bathroom, there were no bath towels-only face and hand towels. When we returned and started getting ready to sleep we noticed there was a stain on the mattress pad. When I went to the front desk, the new front desk person apologized and gave me towels and a new mattress pad to change the bed on my own. While changing thy mattress pad, we noticed there was a stain or something on tuf fitted sheet. I went back to the front desk and asked for a new room. They said they were completely booked and gave me a new fitted sheet to change the bed myself again. When we left, I was told the management would call me. I never heard from them. I will not go back.

Everything felt wet including the carpet floor….they had a portable ac unit in the room that was very loud…bed was very hard, pillows had barely anything to them. Staff was friendly…

What a beautiful house and great staff, met us at the door gave us a great tour, owner was very responsive and an absolute delight to do business with. If you’re looking somewhere to stay in the Alexandria Bay Area I highly suggest this place! Clean comfy quiet beautiful property. Added bonus is right on a golf coarse also!

It was a little weird not having any staff in house and checking in by going to the open room, but it worked.

Our hotel room was extremely dirty. It looked like it had mold or cobwebs all over the ceiling. We stayed for six nights and had someone change our room over once I don’t even think they changed our room over. They remade our bed and picked up three day old towels off of our bathroom floor, and we begged for towels the day before. My husband had to hunt the maid cart down and he took towels and washcloths and toilet paper because our room was completely ignored the whole time we were there. We asked at the front desk and a room never got changed over at all. The walls are paper thin. 4 AM the employees are filling ice buckets and tooling around getting breakfast ready. Our room just happened to be right next-door to the public restroom where we heard everything. Not a fantastic day whatsoever I am highly disappointed.
